By default, your account shows the balance after all transactions have cleared.
On the top navigation menu, click on the "Accounts" tab. From the drop down menu, select "General Journal."
"General Journal" displays a list of individual transactions which can be viewed, edited, or deleted. On the left side of your screen, you will also notice a convenient summary of your account transactions.
To print a statement from the "General Journal," simply click on the orange "Print" button. A PDF file will be downloaded or a preview of your statement will be shown on your browser depending on which browser you are using.
To change the statement's start and end dates to match the ones on your bank statement, click on the green "Change Dates" button. A window will prompt you to enter new start and end dates. Select the dates you need and click the blue "Set Dates" button.
In the "General Journal," you can click on any of the individual transactions to show a client's ledger.
